Skrining Kekuatan Genggaman Tangan sebagai Deteksi Dini Risiko Kesehatan pada Karyawan Perkantoran Daerah Sudirman

Pendahuluan: Kekuatan genggaman tangan (handgrip strength) merupakan indikator penting untuk menilai kapasitas otot, status fungsional, serta risiko kesehatan jangka panjang. Pekerja perkantoran, termasuk karyawan di daerah Sudirman, rentan mengalami penurunan kekuatan otot akibat pola kerja sedentari. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan skrining sederhana yang dapat mendeteksi dini penurunan kapasitas fisik sekaligus memberikan edukasi mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesehatan otot. Metode: Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini dilaksanakan pada karyawan perkantoran di daerah Sudirman dengan tahapan persiapan, edukasi, skrining, tindak lanjut, dan evaluasi. Edukasi kesehatan diberikan secara interaktif melalui presentasi, diskusi, dan leaflet mengenai pentingnya aktivitas fisik. Skrining dilakukan dengan mengukur handgrip strength menggunakan alat digital standar pada tangan dominan. Hasil pengukuran dicatat secara individual, kemudian diklasifikasikan sesuai nilai referensi normal dan potensi penurunan kapasitas fisik. Peserta dengan nilai di bawah normal diberikan konseling singkat dan rekomendasi gaya hidup sehat. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui keterlibatan peserta dan distribusi hasil pengukuran. Hasil: Sebanyak 57 karyawan mengikuti kegiatan dengan distribusi 56,1% laki-laki dan 43,9% perempuan, serta rata-rata usia 36 tahun. Mayoritas peserta memiliki latar belakang pendidikan S1 (89,5%). Rata-rata handgrip strength tangan kanan adalah 32,26 kg dan tangan kiri 29,68 kg, dengan variasi antarindividu yang dipengaruhi oleh usia, jenis kelamin, dan tingkat aktivitas fisik. Sebagian besar peserta memiliki nilai dalam kategori normal, namun ditemukan beberapa individu dengan kekuatan genggaman rendah yang memerlukan perhatian terhadap aktivitas fisik. Kesimpulan: Skrining handgrip strength efektif sebagai deteksi dini penurunan kapasitas fisik dan sarana edukasi kesehatan bagi karyawan perkantoran. Program ini bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan kesadaran peserta dalam menjaga kekuatan otot dan kebugaran melalui pola hidup sehat serta aktivitas fisik rutin. Integrasi kegiatan semacam ini ke dalam program kesehatan kerja berkelanjutan dapat membantu meningkatkan produktivitas dan kesejahteraan jangka panjang pekerja.
