Skrining Kesehatan Kolesterol dan HDL pada Pekerja Perkantoran di Sudirman

Pendahuluan: Kesehatan metabolik pekerja perkantoran sering terabaikan akibat pola kerja sedentari dan tekanan pekerjaan yang tinggi. Profil lipid, khususnya kolesterol total dan HDL, merupakan indikator penting dalam mendeteksi risiko penyakit kardiovaskular pada kelompok usia produktif. Metode: Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA) melalui pemeriksaan kadar kolesterol dan HDL. Sebanyak 57 karyawan aktif daerah Sudirman berpartisipasi dalam kegiatan ini. Data diperoleh melalui pengukuran langsung menggunakan alat pemeriksa digital dan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mendapatkan distribusi frekuensi, nilai rata-rata, simpangan baku, median, serta rentang nilai minimum–maksimum. Hasil: Pemeriksaan menunjukkan adanya variasi antarindividu pada kadar kolesterol dan HDL. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh memberikan gambaran awal mengenai kondisi profil lipid karyawan, dengan sebagian besar responden berada dalam rentang yang masih perlu diwaspadai. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa kelompok pekerja perkantoran memiliki potensi risiko dislipidemia apabila tidak disertai dengan penerapan pola hidup sehat. Kesimpulan: Skrining sederhana di lingkungan kerja terbukti mampu memberikan deteksi dini kondisi kesehatan karyawan serta meningkatkan kesadaran akan pentingnya menjaga profil lipid. Program ini berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui edukasi kesehatan berkelanjutan dan dukungan fasilitas dari perusahaan untuk menekan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular.
