Gambaran Kadar Trigliserida Karyawan Perkantoran di Sudirman

Pendahuluan: Kesehatan metabolik karyawan perkantoran rentan terabaikan akibat aktivitas kerja yang sedentari dan pola makan praktis tinggi lemak. Kadar trigliserida merupakan indikator penting yang perlu dipantau karena berhubungan langsung dengan risiko penyakit kardiovaskular. Metode: Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Skrining kadar trigliserida dilakukan pada 57 karyawan aktif perkantoran daerah Sudirman melalui pemeriksaan darah kapiler dengan alat digital. Data hasil pemeriksaan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mendapatkan distribusi frekuensi, nilai rata-rata, simpangan baku, median, serta rentang nilai minimum–maksimum. Hasil: Pemeriksaan menunjukkan adanya variasi kadar trigliserida antarindividu, dengan nilai rata-rata yang memberikan gambaran awal mengenai kondisi metabolik karyawan. Sebagian responden berada pada rentang yang memerlukan kewaspadaan, yang mencerminkan potensi risiko metabolik di kalangan pekerja perkantoran. Kesimpulan: Skrining sederhana di lingkungan kerja terbukti bermanfaat sebagai deteksi dini sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja mengenai pentingnya menjaga kadar trigliserida dalam batas normal. Program ini memiliki potensi untuk dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui edukasi berkelanjutan dan dukungan fasilitas kesehatan dari perusahaan.
