Skrining Diabetes Sederhana: Gula Darah Sewaktu dan HbA1c pada Pekerja Kantoran di Kawasan Sudirman

Pendahuluan: Diabetes melitus merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan utama pada kelompok usia produktif, terutama di lingkungan kerja dengan aktivitas sedentari dan tekanan tinggi. Pemeriksaan gula darah sewaktu (GDS) dan HbA1c menjadi metode sederhana yang dapat digunakan untuk mendeteksi dini risiko diabetes. Metode: Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Sebanyak 57 karyawan perkantoran aktif di Kawasan Sudirman berpartisipasi dalam pemeriksaan GDS dan HbA1c. Data diperoleh melalui pengambilan darah kapiler dengan alat digital, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui distribusi frekuensi, nilai rata-rata, simpangan baku, median, serta rentang nilai minimum–maksimum. Hasil: Pemeriksaan menunjukkan variasi kadar GDS dan HbA1c antarindividu. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh memberikan gambaran awal kondisi glikemik karyawan, dengan sebagian responden berada pada kisaran yang memerlukan perhatian. Hasil ini menegaskan adanya potensi risiko diabetes pada pekerja kantoran dengan gaya hidup sedentari dan beban kerja tinggi. Kesimpulan: Skrining sederhana menggunakan GDS dan HbA1c di tempat kerja terbukti efektif sebagai langkah deteksi dini sekaligus meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesehatan metabolik. Program ini berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui edukasi berkelanjutan dan dukungan perusahaan untuk pencegahan diabetes.
