Jiwa Yang Sehat, Raga Yang Kuat : Mengungkap Sinergi Kesehatan Mental dan Peran Vitamin dalam Harmoni Tubuh dan Pikiran

Kesehatan mental remaja merupakan isu kesehatan masyarakat yang semakin mendapat perhatian karena tingginya prevalensi gangguan psikologis pada kelompok usia sekolah. Selain faktor psikososial, status gizi khususnya kecukupan vitamin dan mineral memiliki peran penting dalam mendukung fungsi otak dan kestabilan emosi. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan literasi kesehatan mental remaja serta pemahaman mengenai peran vitamin dan mineral dalam menjaga harmoni tubuh dan pikiran. Metode yang digunakan berupa penyuluhan edukatif dengan media presentasi, leaflet, pelatihan teknik relaksasi pernapasan, serta evaluasi pre-test dan post-test. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada siswa siswi kelas XII SMAN 2 Kuala Kapuas dengan jumlah peserta 36 orang. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan nilai rata-rata pengetahuan dari 78% pada pre-test menjadi 90% pada post-test, dengan peningkatan sebesar 12%. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa penyuluhan yang diberikan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman peserta mengenai kesehatan mental, peran vitamin, serta keterampilan coping sederhana.
