Penguatan Sistem Manajemen SDM untuk Peningkatan Kinerja Pendidikan di Lingkungan Desa

Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat manajemen sumber daya manusia (SDM) di sektor pendidikan desa melalui pendekatan partisipatif dan inovatif berbasis teknologi, guna meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan secara berkelanjutan. Kegiatan ini diawali dengan pelatihan terstruktur yang dirancang untuk meningkatkan kapasitas tenaga pendidik dan staf administrasi, meliputi manajemen sekolah, penggunaan teknologi informasi dalam administrasi pendidikan, serta metode pembelajaran inovatif yang sesuai dengan kondisi lokal. Setelah pelatihan, program dilanjutkan dengan pendampingan dan mentoring oleh mentor berpengalaman untuk mendukung implementasi pengetahuan dan keterampilan baru dalam tugas sehari-hari. Keterlibatan aktif seluruh pemangku kepentingan, termasuk kepala sekolah, guru, staf administrasi, komite sekolah, orang tua, dan pemerintah lokal, ditekankan melalui forum diskusi dan lokakarya, guna memastikan bahwa solusi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan lokal. Di lapangan, kegiatan pengabdian mencakup pelatihan intensif, pendampingan, dan evaluasi berkala untuk menilai kemajuan dan dampak program. Evaluasi dilakukan secara terus-menerus untuk memastikan relevansi dan efektivitas program dalam meningkatkan kinerja SDM dan kualitas pendidikan di desa. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan dampak positif yang signifikan, termasuk peningkatan hasil belajar siswa, kepuasan masyarakat, dan kualitas pendidikan. Implementasi teknologi informasi dan komunikasi (TIK) dalam manajemen SDM meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan transparansi, sementara program mentoring dan coaching memperkuat motivasi dan kinerja tenaga pendidik serta staf. Penguatan sinergi antar pemangku kepentingan dan penerapan sistem penilaian kinerja berbasis kompetensi juga berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas pendidikan yang lebih baik di desa.
