Peran Edukasi Konsumsi Magnesium dan Instrumen DASS-42 untuk Deteksi Dini dan Pencegahan Terjadinya Gangguan Psikologis di Cengkareng

Kesehatan mental merupakan salah satu aspek penting dalam menjaga kualitas hidup. Stres, kecemasan, dan depresi merupakan beberapa penanda adanya gangguan psikologis. Nutrisi, khususnya magnesium, telah dikaitkan memiliki peran dalam regulasi sistem saraf dan kestabilan emosional. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan di Sekolah Yayasan Baptis Cengkareng melalui pendekatan Plan–Do–Check–Act. Sebanyak 57 peserta menjalani pemeriksaan menggunakan kuesioner DASS-42 dan menerima edukasi mengenai pentingnya asupan magnesium untuk mendukung kesehatan mental. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta berada dalam kategori normal untuk depresi dan stres. Namun, pada aspek kecemasan, ditemukan proporsi skor ringan hingga berat sebesar 47,4%. Asupan magnesium yang tidak memadai dapat mengganggu regulasi suasana perasaan dan memperkuat respons negatif terhadap stresor lingkungan. Edukasi berbasis hasil skrining dapat dimanfaatkan untuk mendorong perbaikan pola makan guna mencegah munculnya gangguan psikologis. Integrasi pemeriksaan DASS-42 dan edukasi mengenai peran magnesium menjadi pendekatan strategis dalam promosi kesehatan mental pada kelompok usia produktif.
