Abstract

Pendahuluan: Kesehatan darah merupakan aspek penting bagi pekerja usia produktif, khususnya karyawan perkantoran dengan pola kerja sedentari dan tekanan tinggi. Pemeriksaan hemoglobin (Hb) dan hematokrit (Ht) berperan sebagai indikator sederhana dalam mendeteksi anemia maupun polisitemia yang dapat memengaruhi stamina, konsentrasi, dan produktivitas. Metode: Kegiatan PKM ini menggunakan pendekatan Plan-Do-Check-Act (PDCA). Skrining Hb dan Ht dilakukan pada 57 karyawan aktif perkantoran di Kawasan Sudirman melalui pemeriksaan darah kapiler dengan alat digital. Data hasil pemeriksaan dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk memperoleh distribusi frekuensi, nilai rata-rata, simpangan baku, median, serta rentang nilai minimum–maksimum. Hasil: Pemeriksaan menunjukkan adanya variasi kadar Hb dan Ht antarindividu. Nilai rata-rata yang diperoleh memberikan gambaran awal status hematologi karyawan, dengan sebagian responden berada pada rentang yang perlu diperhatikan. Hasil ini menunjukkan adanya potensi risiko gangguan hematologi pada pekerja dengan aktivitas sedentari dan beban kerja tinggi.  Kesimpulan: Skrining sederhana Hb dan Ht di lingkungan kerja terbukti bermanfaat sebagai langkah deteksi dini serta meningkatkan kesadaran pekerja mengenai pentingnya menjaga kesehatan darah. Program ini berpotensi dikembangkan lebih lanjut melalui edukasi berkelanjutan dan dukungan fasilitas kesehatan dari perusahaan.
